This company sent us unordered items a year ago. When we tried to return they said they never received the product back. So the initial order was for one sample bottle and they charged us 199 for 4 bottles of some gummy product which we returned unopened. We ended up letting it go.
Now a year later with no interaction from us or to us they charged 189.99 for something they said was ordered online (untrue).(i think the company has changed names since then) I don't even see a website for this company. All we have is this email address.
[email protected] When I looked up www.joyketo.com it is not a valid website. There is no phone number, nothing.
The credit card company alerted us to this charge of sept 10 as it seemed suspicious. At the time we did not realize a company had charged us and was going to send something. We thought it was an individual trying to use the card. A few days later I got an email from this company saying they were shipping. I replied,this is a fraudulent order. They would not accept this and said they would refund 1/2 the money if we returned it unopened. Today it came and we returned it. Meanwhile now the credit card company has reinstated the charge and says we cannot dispute until the product is returned. Now we have a tracking number and it is supposed to be signed for. I doubt they will say they received it. In any case ,they are clearly doing this with others. I"d like to see them shut down.
