12/3/3023 ordered an upright walker with guaranteed 2day delivery to Ohio. The Upright Cane website through which we ordered the walker would only let us pay through a payment plan through Affirm payments. So we submitted our credit card info in Affirm. On 12-5-23 I requested a shipping status it reported the walker would deliver between 12/7-12/14/23. On 12-15-23 Affirm took a applied a payment of $44.98 to my credit card. On 12/19 we received a walking cane in the mail and an email stating our order was delivered. The tracking number we were given for the walker matched the tracking number on the bag that contained the cane, so my walker was never shipped to start with. I have contacted Affirm, they wont stop payments to Upright Cane and my Discover card says since it is a payment plan they cant stop payments either. So Upright Cane and Affirm are scamming me out of $179.95

Upright King company is a total scam in our experience we order a scooter from them online and paid online for it and in return we got scanned for a cane they sent us to the USPS tracking number they say they'll give you in with the quick shipping we got a 3 lb cane and never did we receive the scooter we purchased for $499.95 it's a scam straight up they said they'd have our shipment out in 2 days it's not for the scooter we bought we got a cane in 2 days and I have the tracking number to produce as evidence stating how much my package weighed in which by no means did it have enough pounds for the delivery weight the tracking number I have. After This debacle we distributed this with our bank in the phone number we have to reach that company never has anybody to answer the phone the phone number is associated with three other companies too that run the scam which they never answer unfortunately our defeat was met with no billing error because somehow they were to show our bank fraudulent receipts and tracking numbers for the purchased we are supposed to receive I have emailed this company several times and they even had the audacity to tell me not to call the police and not to follow this fee with my bank only through email have I been able to have formidable conversations with this company beware is all I can say
