I saw an add for the company on Facebook and ordered some Crocs. I got an email October 3rd saying I would be charged 79.98. I've not got the product and when I attempt to click the link for customer care it gives me a warning to not open the page. I've been getting random phone calls since then that just keep saying hello hello and when I block the number a new one immediately calls.

Made a purchase on their site for ariat boots, when the order was completed I got an order number, but not a tracking number. After not receiving anything for over 4 weeks now, I reach out and they can’t find any of my information in their system. I was still charged by their site and I have an order number they claim doesn’t exist
