I ordered a 26" loose deep unit on the 25th of October and its just getting here today November 7, 2023 but it's the wrong length 🤬 the unit received barely comes below the shoulders. No one will return my calls or emails.
I've ordered from them one before and the order was fine. This time I noticed it was no email confirmations sent I had to basically hunt down the shipping information. This customer service number is a Google voice number that they just don't answer. I would like the right unit or my money back but no one from their company will reach out to make things right.
Its giving Scam! Scam! Scam!!

I have been getiting contacted 2 to 3 times daily. I have asked them to stop many times. They have a weird email address: uolova hair via ksd3.klaviyomail.com. This is absolutely ridiculous and harrassment
