No refund no product

Got ONE shirt. Ordered on 9/17/2021 never got it. Total spent around $30. Sent MULTIPLE emails, including the transaction confirmation. They responded ONCE then never again. Never sent the product or the refund. Here is the confirmation email.

Purchased from this company in August of 2021. Reached out in the beginning of October via email, no response. Reached out next via Facebook, to which they initially responded once but then stopped, it appears I have been blocked. Filed a complaint through Shop, also no response. Have since had to file action through my credit card company, awaiting response via them now. Up And Train puts on a good show but I have since removed them from my social media and do not recommend them. Do not buy from them if you hope to actually get your product.

Purchased from this company May 17, 2021. Reached out June 6, 2021 to report order never received. Reached out again June 9 and twice June 26. Finally got a response offering shipment or a refund. Requested the refund June 26, 28, and 29. June 29th was told they would process a refund. Requested a confirmation email June 29, 30, July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9. Finally was told they processed the refund on June 7 and it takes 2-9 business days. Never received. Reached out business day 9, 10, and 11. Company would not respond. This company has no phone number. They do not respond to email. And they have blocked me from Facebook, their only source of communication and kept my money. Since their only form of communication is Facebook messenger, I have all of this documented.
