I placed an order on May 17, 2023. It took many months to receive my order. I want to say I receive my order and either September or October of 2023. Might have been later. I wrote the company multiple times after that, however, the company would continue to promise me that my order would be coming and a tracking number would be sent. I ended up receiving my order, however, I only received one of the items when I ordered two items. I wrote them almost immediately. Explaining that again, they continue to promise that I would receive my order and would receive a tracking number. I wrote them and after a while they would not respond. I felt like I was writing them every month. They eventually wrote me and they said that they delivered the product I ordered, however, I never received it. I told them to send me the confirmation that the package was sent with both items. This company just takes your money and doesn’t send you your full orders. This company is a scam.
