I placed an or for some custom sneakers. I waited a bit and tracked my item on shop app. Tried going to the company website again and it is gone I have several emails between me a person and they said when to expect an order which shop said was delivered they told me how long it would take. It has now been a month and when I tried emailing no response until I told them I would report them to the better business bureau that’s when they told me to and I quote “**** ***”.
