for 1 i didnt even use this website to change my address and somehow they got my information and charged me $59.90, its not that much money but its the fact they stole it from me and i didnt give it to them. ive tried calling for the past month now about getting a refund and still have yet to get it, they have hung up on me, left me on hold for an hour, and told me my problem was "resolved" (which it was not). this website pisses me off to the max and i will still try and get my money until my problem is resolved.

Site that indicates it will help file an address update through USPS - for $24.95. I mistook it for the USPS / Update Your Address site, and went ahead with it. My mistake for not checking (this service sholud cost $1 in reality, and I was not thoughtful enough to check facts), but the vendor incorrectly filed the change so that another individual's mail was incorrectly moved. When I called to resolve and cancel the inaccurate request, they stopped answering. My bank has been working to chargeback the funds, and is unable to reach the vendor line as well.
