Took my info. Transferred me to a man who would represent me named Cole Demet! 60% off credit cards! No interest! 12-48 months to pay back. Signed pdf contract. KNEW NOTHING OF THE 13,000.00 up front yet!
Agreed to 13,000.00 payment!! Finally because I could pay it off in 3-4 years, no interest! ([censored]) Got scared and took that off my cc. More scared, put it back!! Scared: Could not take it back off my cc! Stuck! Now I was frightened to death because I never pay up front!
How did they get me like that! I am not stupid! I wanted it back! No deal!!!
Did not take 60% off our cards! 40-50%. One payment is 1915.00 month for 3 months! NO 12-48 months to pay it off! They just said that is the final agreement! Called with another for 2500.00 a month!! Said “NO” before she said how long. Still not done!! We are on Social Security! Cole knew that! They lied to me. We are a 78yr. And 80 yr old couple! Cole knew that! I cannot work because of brain bleed! My husband is killing himself to get these large Amounts paid!!
I just read what scammers this company is’! They prey on the elderly in trouble! It is NOW everywhere! Can you help us at all!! We got taken! Will any law get our 13,000.00 back! 1982 Federal law to protect Seniors?
