Upgrade online routed me to their banking department to open an account. All I was trying to do was pay on my visa. They want me to complete the application so it can properly be closed with in 30 days. I don’t have a checking or savings account with this group. Why must I complete a application and wait 30 days.

When i call upgrade number they asked for my full name, last 4 of ssn, date of birth, telephone number that i used to setup account and email address. However, i have expressed to several reps that my gmail and cellphone number have been compromised. Also that i no longer have access to. Scammer has my full ssn, dob and a copy of my driver's license. They continue to call my bank pretending to be me because they have access to my accounts and my phone number. I can't call any of my creditors because i am being rerouted to the hackers/scammers. Please help because law enforcement won't help until they have taken something of value from us. The police calls it a nuisance and not a crime. They have turn my life upside down.. I can't get to my creditors by phone because they have access to it. I have purchased 3 other numbers and they have hacked them as well. I really need help. I don't understand what is happening. Help Help

Type of a scam: Phishing

I have been emailed 4 separate credit pre-approvals in the last week, each one to the same email address but listing a different name as the person preapproved. Each time I email support they ask me to call a number. Each time I call they claim that the only way to report abuse is to provide my social security number, date of birth, etc. Obviously I haven't fallen for this trick and given them that information.
