Deposited $2000+ on the site to buy USDT to transfer to another wallet, when i requested to transfer they held my transfer claiming theybare doing crcks in the background. When i attemt to withdraw cash back to my bank account i get an error message that says "routine account review. Sorry you cannot perform the following actions for now".

When i contact support i receive an email that they are working on it and opening a new ticket will push me back into the pool. Its been 5days and i am unable to get m money out, and i am unable to cancel the transaction.
