AQA LUNA official business name is UPINUS PTE. LTD. They sell online and advertise a bra named Lami Bra. I canceled my order within a reasonable amount of time. I called their "customer support" line and was disconnected. The customer support line informed me that they were busy, and try to call again, and then I was disconnected. I called seven times with constant disconnection. They go by several names. They are AQA LUNEA, UPINUS PTE. LTD. and UPINUS PTE. LTD. They will not refund me my money even though I canceled my order. They also noted on their website that they will keep 30% of my money upon cancellation. There is not the reason they need to keep 30% of my money with no product provided. I emailed them with no response. They are a scam. Beware, they advertise on FaceBook.

I ordered shoes from my Facebook page on May 4, 02020 and never received them or was sent any notification or explanation. My Credit Card statement shows I was charged $32.94 from UPINUS PTE...Singapore. Researching, I found it was a scam! Concerned about giving them my Credit Card #

I ordered a pair of shoes online, I had given them my Charge Card Number. I never received the shoes or received an explanation why they were not shipped! Today, June 6, 2020, I received my Credit Card statement and was charged $32.94 from UNIPUS PTE. Singapore! Never had heard of them before! I did some research and found this is a scam! I am just sick about this.

I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them! The order was placed May 4, 2020 and never heard a thing!
Today, I received my credit card statement. There was a charge of $32.94 from PINUS PTE. Singapore. My question is, how can I get the $32.94 taken off my credit card? It is obvious, this is a scam!
Any advice would be welcomed.

My nanny shared a Facebook ad she saw from a company which had a pair of shoes she liked. I ordered them from the website above as a gift. I purchased at the beginning of May, received an email confirmation with a tracking link (that has never worked) and have followed up multiple times across multiple platforms (calling the number on their site, emailing the email, reaching out through Pay) for a resolution an update. There is nothing in my email confirmation link to suggest this was ever sent or tracked and nobody has responded though I've given it time and have been charged for the item.

Upon doing some quick online research, it looks like others have had a similar experience with the vendor with items never being received (UPINUS PTE.LTD - though the store I purchased from had another name) and it may be a fraudulent business (a couple examples here: https://forum.elliott.org/threads/online-purchase-not-received-no-refund.12087/; https://www.amazon.com/sp?). It also looks like the company - UPINUS - may have additional websites under other names as well.

I'm filing a claim because I want to ensure others are not targeted and scammed as well.
