I purchased hair in October of 2020. I never received my product. After trying to get a refund through my bank they finally offered a store credit in April. I tried to purchase more hair and it is now July and they have shut down their website and stop reply to my messages. There has to be a way to sue them for my refund.

Ordered in march 2021. It is now June and I never received the product. They don't answer the phone and promised to refund in April. Do not buy from them!

Ordered product and never received the product. Called and called and still haven't received product. Ordered product in Sept 2020, today's date is Feb10th, 2021, still no product!
