On 2 April,2024. I sent a birthday gift to my granddaughter. It contained a greeting card, a delicate neckless, and 2 dried flower bookmarks. The package was labeled, while I waited. I paid with my chase visa card. I was told it would be in Post Falls, Id. by the 5th of April. I attempted to track the package many times. It has only gone as far as Lathrop, CA. After 2 weeks it had not arrived at my granddaughter's home. I went into the UPS store to ask after the location of my package. The store clerk was rude, and started to yell, muttered to the other clerk that she was not going to let me have it. I am sick with stage 4 cancer; this is very upsetting to me. the package still hasn't arrived at my granddaughter's home. Her birthday, which was on the 20th of April was ruined. This isn't the only time that ups store has mishandled my shipments. Other customers also have the right to feel secure that their shipments are handled correctly. That business is being run with fraudulent intent. It needs to be investigated.
