They asked for $4,000 for a puppy they got from a another breeder and refused to provide any contract, or health warranty for the puppy.

WTF? I got a dog from them. And was happy to pay their asking price for a top quality dog from import lines! And I was offered a full health guarantee in writing! I'm suspicious of your "experience" with this kennel considering not only my own. But also 2 friends who have bought amazing dogs from them with the same experience I had! My dog is wonderful, intelligent, trainable, great disposition. We just completed our BH and IPO1 titles recently, and everyone loved her! Our trainer says she is one of the smartest, easiest to train shepherds he has ever worked with, and I believe he intends tp get one from them as well!
