The quality of the business cards and brochures were terrible, and I lost confidence in their ability due to the quality and service, so I cancelled the SEO before any service was completed or presented to me.
I have been denied the refund, given the run around, they now they just hang up after I call. I have been very cordial, but these people are professional scammers. All I asked for is a confirmation of cancellation, and an invoice with funds being cancelled and they make every excuse as to why they don't have it "Right now". I have never experienced a professional con team such as these. The persons which I talked to were Randolph (The Manager), and Jerry (the representative), both of which seemingly coordinated responses that the others were unavailable each time I called.
I suspect this coordination because each Mentioned that they had a meeting about the poor quality and unsatisfactory product I was given but instead of a refund they try to speak over you and sell you additional services and then hang up when they are unsuccessful.
Above was my first complaint about this company to the BBB. After they received this complaint, they issued me a refund invoice and asked if I please cancelled this complaint. In good trust I removed the complaint. The refund was supposed to be paid on 12/30/19 in the amount of $1250 for the SEO and they agreed to uphold the promised services that were included in the website design and support. It has been over 20 days since I made the cancellation request and I still did not receive payment. On 1/2/2020 called and used the chat box to address the issue and was greeted by Jerry who stated that he checked on the status and it would reflect in my account before 1/10/2020. These changes have still not taken effect and I have tried multiple times to get additional support for the website that I purchased, and I have been unable to speak to anyone who can help. Each attempt I am told that none is available and that they will call me, but of course no one calls
. I would like to resend both complaints and I hope no one else has this experience with this company again. I will be pursuing a full refund for SEO in the amount of $2148.00 and I am fully willing to pursue legal action if necessary.
