Purchased an item (mini chopper) from this website. When the item arrived, it was completely defective. Won’t turn on or charge at all. When I contacted the customer service department they would not send me a replacement item, they offered me only half of what I originally paid or for ME to pay the shipping (about $20 to ship internationally) to ship the defective item back to them and get “a full refund.” When I try and leave a bad review on their website, they keep deleting it.
