We purchased two hand casting kits based on the website’s claim that each kit includes instructions and is suitable for casting two adult hands. Neither of our kits included any instructions, and when we contacted customer service, we were told we would actually need four kits to cast two adult hands—something that is not disclosed anywhere on the website. This is blatant false advertising. They refused to issue a refund, and after doing more research, I discovered that many others have had similar experiences. Avoid this company at all costs.
