This website is listed at an address in Philadelphia. 901 Market St Philadelphia, PA 19107. That is the Fashion district. The list of businesses shows no such business as Urban-bags listed. There is no posted phone number. I looked online and saw similar postings for the following product: ********************************************************************************...⇄ and it was listed as almost $4500 by the manufacturer NOT $480.00: ********************************************************************************...⇄  this is totally a scam. And people less inclined to do their due diligence will be out of money ...this needs to stop.
