Trashy devil case

I got the devil case and one horn fell off after one week, after I removed the case I saw that the screw burned itself into my phone. How can you sell trash quality for this price? It’s also already scratched on the edges. Unfortunately I can’t write a review on the website. The only good thing is that I got a refund, but I still had to pay for customs

Never received order

I ordered a phone case and it never arrived. Ordered in August and it is now November. Have reached out to the company multiple times who have not been helpful - just a response of 'international shipping can take up to 20 days'. It's been way longer than this. No tracking updates either. Super frustrating and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Never received my puffer case and was charged twice!

I ordered a puffer case and got an email that there was an error with my order so I resubmitted the order only to get the same message of error. I checked my bank statement and have been charged twice. I never got a conformation email that the order went through and when I could expect it to me delivered. I have emailed the support contact and gotten no response.

Defective case/won’t exchange

I have purchased a puffer phone case for my boyfriend and the case won’t fit correctly. It ended up damaging his iPhone. When I emailed them they said they can’t exchange or refund orders after 10 days… I have ordered other cases through this company as well but the cases are flimsy and mediocre. Stains easily and bumpy around certain edges. For the pricing I don’t think it’s worth it at all.

Worst Customer Service

Don’t waste your time and money on receiving these cases especially when they have the worst customer service team. They sent the cases with FedEx initially but weirdly handed to Canadapost for the latter trip without telling me the tracking number. I had to investigate myself by calling FedEx to get that tracking no. Emailed them for a month about it and all they replied was copy and paste from their replying template. I could easily not receiving my cases.

Terrible phone case

Such a disappointment to pay $65 for a phone case only for it to fall apart. The puffer case is super cute in the beginning until the edges all wear off and it looks a decade old. Urban Sophistication does not stand behind their products and could care less if they fall apart. Don't waste your hard-earned money.

I ordered a case from Urban Sophistication. I week or so later I receive a message saying that the contact number is invalid (I don’t know why since I remember putting al my details correctly) and so the text message also had a link for DHL and i had to pay 1.99 so I could allow the delivery process to carry on. I put my card details twice and it then asks for an SMS code but I never got a code..it feels like a scam and I just wasted 70 euros for absolutely nothing. This company better shut down

Did not cover lost package

I ordered a phone case with urban sophistication, I never received the package whatsoever and contacted the shipping company that they choose, and urban sophistication customer support. They told me they don't cover lost packages and don't take responsibility for them, when I never received and they took my money. They have HORRIBLE customer care for their customers and don't put their customers first but their money to profit as much as possible, when they are a big business. NOT SMALL. Extremely selfish of them and was very disappointed. I filed a fraud report for this, save yourself some time and just don't order a phone case from them. Note that the shipping company they work with IS THE WORST OUT OF ALL and is known for stealing and losing packages.

BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT, BAD SHIPPING COMPANY.

Urban Sophistication has horrible customer support, and replies once a day and works only mon - thurs. They lack care and value towards their customers when it comes to issues with returns, refunds and help with a wrong package. They also work with Ontrac (the worst shipping company) which is known to loose and steal packages with people that choose ontrac as a shipping option, as you can tell by the reviews of Ontrac. Stay away from Urban Sophistication it is not worth it especially when something happens to your package with the shipping company THEY CHOSE they don't take responsibility.

Extremely disappointed. Terrible customer service, very slow shipping and bad quality of the new cases.

I had a puffer case for my previous phone and after getting a new phone I thought I’d order the same case for it since I loved it so much.

It took 2 months for it to come to Europe and was first sent to the wrong country. I sent many emails and instagram dms and either got no response or a reply saying they’ll look into it without ever getting back to me (as you can see in the screenshot).

Miraculously it finally arrived and I was even more disappointed when I saw it. Since last time I had ordered they have changed the material of the cases - before it used to be similar to fabric, smooth and nice to the touch and very squishy. Now it says the material is polyurethane which feels so much worse to the touch, idk how to even describe it. And it has almost no squish to it because of this new material which just makes the case feel hard (I have attached a photo of both cases from the side where you can see that the new one is a lot more flat).

And the worst part - this new material stains SO EASILY. In the photos I’ve uploaded of my old case and the new one you can see it. The old case I had on for an entire year and it has no stains at all, the only sign of wear is the little logos that have rubbed off on the side. While the new one I’ve had for 4 months and you can already see how horrible it looks. I’ve tried to clean it with just a wet cloth like they say on the website, which did absolutely nothing. I’ve tried wet wipes with alcohol, which also did nothing and nail polish remover which removed like 1% of the stain. The only other thing I can think of is bleach but I have a feeling that will either do nothing or make it even worse.

Honestly just don’t bother wasting your money on these cases. $60+ for a bad quality case and $15+ for international shipping that took over 2 months with barely any tracking updates.

I ordered a case literally in JANUARY, and still have not received it. This is insane. Their customer support is terrible, and won't even answer. DO NOT BUY! There are so many people with the same issue. All they do is post Instagram pictures while we're telling them we have not received anything yet.

I ordered my case to gift my sister, follow instruction on phone selection and the case simply came defective, don’t work in any phone, the company simply said they don’t accept returns after 10days. I clarify that the case is defective and still. Pleas don’t buy

I have purchased 1 iphone 13 & 1 iphone 13 pro a total of 2 iphone cases for $92 from www.urbansophistication.com at 11/21/2021. I have been going back and forth on emails with them trying to get my iphone cases shipped or refunded for almost 2 months. They refuse to refund or give me any updates on shipping my items. Their website is still up and running, and still listing for sale the same products i have not received. As far as i know many people have paid and have not received their products.
