I saw an ad for Halloween sweaters on social media and decided to order from the store. I placed the order on October 8th, the payment was posted on my bank account on October 9th. I received the package Nov. 1st and it was completely wrong. I have been going back and forth emailing the “support” and sent all the picture evidence I had. They want to compensate me 7 USD out of the 117.96 I spent.
