My elderly mother had a sizeable amount debited from her account; her bank suggested that I contact the business personally to make sure there wasn't a mistake and it could be easily resolved. We live in Texas and have no dealings with this business in Brentwood, California.

When I searched the Urban Nursing Registry, the website immediately came up; however, the phone number was a dead end. All three options (1-Sales, 2-Marketing, 3-Customer Support) were immediately disconnected as soon as it switched over. The Facebook page has virtually no information on it, other than "we are hiring" various positions, 5 "likes" and 4 "following." It says it's been in business six months.
