Sent both Best Deals and UrbanShield an email on June 13, 2020. They both replied "We have sent your order. We are trying to solve the issue with the deliver company. When we have your Tracking Number, we will send it to you.
On July 14, 2020, I sent them both another email and this time both replies were identical. "We already sent it to the post office. However, the strike action and the outbreak of Covid-10 has prevented the delivery. Please keep waiting a few more days. We are trying to solve this problem with the delivery company. If they cannot deliver the order to you in a few more days, we will take further action".
I will now be contacting PayPal to see if they will back their agreement to refund the money if I cancel the order or if I do not receive the mask. I doubt I will ever see the money refunded.
Do not, and I repeat DO NOT order anything from Urbanshieldus or Best Deals. both of the are nothing but scam artists.
