Ordered several Urbanxmasks which were marketed as N95 masks through adds on Instagram. Web site looked legitimate, email response for the order and receipt looked legitimate. Product never arrived. I emailed the “support” team twice. The first time they said there was a delay but it would be coming. The second time they said it was about to be shipped. Then I got a shipment tracking email with tracking ID. But after checking it, all they did was created a shipping label, which somehow triggered a legit tracking ID. The shipment was never fulfilled. I emailed them again and never heard back. Very fraudulent business and people.

This company is claiming to sell N95 masks to protect against COVID-19. They never provide shipping or tracking information. All they do when you email them is out you off with lies about having website problems or shipping issues. Upon further research on the company Facebook page it’s obvious they were a fake company.
