they market themselves as a tracking app to help with organization and adhd products, when you initially sign up they tell you its a free trial and say they will charge you $7.99 initially but begin charging you wildly every week for $29.99. I tried emailing and they say it takes 4-10 business days to refund but they just continue to charge you without responding. I didn't even sign up for this service and I told them this, only for them to ignore me and continue to charge my account. I had to reach out to my bank to file a claim and have a new card sent to me.
