I placed the order on March 15 and hadn't received confirmation that it had shipped by April 16. I emailed the vendor asking for an update. They claimed to not have my order # (even though I included it in the subject line and body copy of my email). We entered into a loop of me providing the information, them claiming they would provide tracking information when the item shipped, and starting the loop over with the same initial question about my order #. The language is identical, including the misspellings. It seems clear that this is a bot.
Working with PayPal to recover my $50.
