Beware! I originally clicked on an advertisement link to one of my favorite online stores, and saw that "they" were having a clearance sale. I was excited and planned carefully which shirts I wanted and what I could afford. When I clicked the purchase, the email I got was not from them. I tried no to worry, thinking that they were just using another company to do the sale. I checked with my credit card company though and it said the purchase was pending, so I couldn't dispute it yet. I should have checked back each day until it was no longer pending, but I had a tracking number, so I thought it was legit. After a lengthy wait, I was told it had been delivered, but it had not. I checked with my neighbors and no one got it. I complained to the company, who said they would resend it. Again, there was a long wait, followed by a bogus notification of delivery. At that point I decided to contact my credit card company. And the opportunity to dispute had just expired. I wonder how much money they took in with this elaborate scheme. Please don't be trusting. If you see something confusing or questionable, please dispute asap!

I paid for many t-shirts. When my order didn’t arrive, I emailed them. They email back early evening to midnight, so it appears they are in another country. They said they were sent and provided a tracking # but not a carrier. Then they sent me tracking showing it left China and had passed customs and was in Los Angeles. That is all the further it showed. So I told them I want a refund and they tell me it could be up to 25 days to get my refund, even sending me what they say is a screen shot but it is not. I have most of the emails to back this.
