When the product is ordered it is channeled thru US-Expedited Warehouse with a Country destination label, US. etc. If US, routed thru customs and relabeled as shipped from Flat World. Ste. B 2695 Beverly Dr. Aurora, IL. 60502 to customer destination. What is ordered and manufactured & shipped are actually from China based companies & shipping logistics & transport companies.
Example: Airy Dresses on-line look beautiful. Don’t order: they actually come from and thru above via Airydress.com. Dresses arrived, appeared used, no price tags, no instructions on cleaning material, Not as described. No Indication items were coming direct from Communist China, even original shipping label was covered over. VERY SNEAKY. D'ONT BE DECEIVED. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

I have order 21 wigs from Twigs, I was send a dirty package full of wigs I didnt order, however I open a dispute with paypal whicb kept declining the case, they end up sending me this same address to return the product. It is goinh to cost me more than what i pay for those wigs. The seller want me to take a refund of 10percent I refuse. The wigs that they send me are dirty and disgusting. They all have different website selling the same hair.

I ordered from luvithair.com on seeing their adverts on Facebook, when the hair arrived it was like a sponge. It didn't look like anything in the picture and the hair was shipped from New Jersey. I made a payment through PayPal and I complained to PayPal and they asked me to ship it to this address:

I purchased the hair in the amount of $52. 72C, and I shipped the hair to china with $35. 30c thinking PayPal would refund me. PayPal is trying not to refund me after I gave them the tracking number and the tracking said it's been held by the customs. Please help me get my refund and I think PayPal should do more in protecting their customers.

All of this happen to me. I spent $61.00 on this mess. I went thru Paypal an they are helping me. They gave me this 26 letter address also. Wigs were shipped from California but now China comes to play. All they are doing is making it hard on other Chinese businesses an i’ll never place another order with any Ching Chung do do. I live in St.louis,mo. The show me state. I guess they showed me. I received 4 also made out of doll hair,all the cuts are the same an hair sheds from the touch. Someone needs to stop these online predators.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered 4 wigs and none of them are right! I'm trying to get my money back and my bank told me the only way they can dispute it is I have to send it back! But I can only imagine how much I'm gonna lose in shipping it back to China! Same return address:

I hate I even did this and they guarantee your money back 100% but it's all a scam! I ordered from wowowig.com! I'm so pissed! I'll never order anything else from China except my lashes! Bc my vendor is straight forward and reasonable! But this Mr. Li, is scamming everyone on many different sites with this bs!

I purchased a wig from a China scamming business. I didn’t know it was China. They have advertised under many company names like Nancy wigs and bellewigs.com. Maybe more names. Email contact: [email protected]. They gave a money back guarantee on the website. However when they sent me the wig it’s nothing like the picture and description. I have tried to work it out with them. They continue to send me the same response. Like it’s an automated response. After doing some research they have scammed a lot of people doing the same thing they did to me. Show a picture and description of a wig then send another wig nothing like what you ordered. Then when you bring it to their attention...they say not all the wigs ate going to look just like the picture and wants you to comply with keeping the wig and a $1.50 refund when it’s shipped back. Please help me recover the money. I have the low quality wig and will ship it vac with a valid address.

I had similar or same problem with this same company. I ordered 6 wigs and 3 of wigs I got were the same. The numbers on the plastic bags were the same. I cannot get a refund and I would not trust this company would honor that either. I do not think Better Business Bureau will help. I have to take this loss and never purchase cheap wigs.

I am going through the same thing ordered what I saw in the picture, what I got in the mail was unbelievable! I couldn't belive it its just a piece of hair no shape no form no style at all. Im so mad! How can they offer satisfaction garrentee and then expect all these demands to get a refund ?. The address : shipping , plus tarriffs plus they want a tracking number. And God only know the time frame to get the refund if that ever comes back! I to am a victim if urur pick. I ordered 4 wigs from the website while browsing through Instagram and was sent hair pieces attached together all 4 wigs were the same style.. nothing like described in the website.. the hair is not wearable it’s sad. I tried to reach out thru email and no response so I had to go thru PayPal to dispute.. and I to received two options one was 10% refund and keep the mops! Or pay for shipping. And will not even see a refund until they receive product! At this point we don’t feel that China address exists and I’m going to let PayPal handle this.. I would be ok with the description of the product slightly not being what the pics described but this is ridiculous... I was shocked and yes please be careful with online shopping from places your not used to..

The site is where you buy wigs. They show these pictures of wigs that are fabulous. They say full lace wigs 100% human hair and so on. When you get the wigs they are completely nothing like the pictures or the descriptions. When I got the order the address was California but when I email them telling them I'm not happy with the order and it's nothing like the pictures they are advertising and I want a refund they say I have to pay for the shipping or take a 10% refund which would only be like 5 bucks. But the site says 100% guaranteed satisfied. Now they give me the address to send the wigs back and it in China. This what the send me to return them.
