recieved a fold and tear style letter which said LENDER: U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION IMPORTANT on the outside. upon opening the letter it just said "we have been attempting to contact you regarding a matter of importance. please call 1-877-488-6554. Thank you, the servicing center.

US Bank will not even recognize the number on the VISA debit gift card they issued. Calls are repeatedly disconnected. Calls to US Bank are transferred from department to department. After being put on hold again, I was given a number to call which announces that they are extremely busy and disconnects. US Bank is one of the largest banks in the country. If this is how they treat customers, they should not be in business at all.
