They advertise a concealed weapon permit but all you get is a safety certificate. Then you have to go thru the state of Virginia to get permit. What a ruse and scam! Unfortunately I fell for it. But I am not going thru the bull[censored] to pay more money and still not know if the whole thing is a scam. Hope I can get money back.

I got scammed and they say there is not refund available when I contacted them and told them I don't even own a gun. it listed Nevada as a contact address, but when you get done and pay the funds ($65) you get a packet to fill out and send to Virginia, and $100 , right after you pay the $65 you get a certificate saying the "code of Virginia" and not a concealed handgun permit. the video was common sense, and kept telling you to refer to your owners manual, should have stopped there but didn't, my error.

Concealed Online US website has intentionally misleading ads to lure trustful people into a trap and dupe them into paying for a useless certificate.
I looked for the way to get a Concealed Carry Handgun Connecticut Permit and found the US Concealed Online website https://state.usconcealedonline.com/connecticut/ which informed me: "Join the thousands of Connecticut residents who have already qualified!"; "Everyday Connecticut residents seeking a CCW permit start their gun permit certification process here"; "Step 3: Complete the Application. After you secure your certification, we will outline the final steps necessary to secure your concealed carry permit"; "If you live in Connecticut and want to conceal carry in 27+ other states, our certification will work for you!" Has anybody reason not to trust these advertisements? So, what this company promised at the above mentioned website is a big fat lie! Let me prove it. I passed online training (order #611546, paid $75.99) and was informed that now I can apply for... Virginia Non-Resident Concealed Carry Handgun Permit (?!). I emailed them, that it was not what I wanted. I expected to get a certificate of training which is good for CT. I got a formal reply inviting me to complete my account setup, which I declined. While I was uselessly exchanging emails with them, I found another page of US Concealed Online website https://usconcealedonline.com/state-acceptance/? which clearly informed that Connecticut does not honor any Certificate or Permit issued in Virginia. It means this company knew that its certificate was useless for me, resident of CT, and they deliberately lied. It is nothing but a well-designed scam trap! So, I requested a full refund of $ 75.99. They refused under a ridiculous pretext "I cannot be uncertified because the certificate is a State recognizable document and a refund is… against their policy (?!)". This company is a total scam!
I will submit my complaint to FTC which can put these bad guys out of business.

I'd join you in a class action suit if need, they got $65 from me. and the contact address on the website was Nevada but mail everything to Virginia, and the fingerprint paper, is not legal for fingerprinting Total Scam and I too got caught, with the same response for refund, told them I didn't even have a gun yet!

They tell you one thing about receiving your certificate and licenses to carry a gun in your state then after you watch a video and take a test and pay your $65 plus whatever else they try to steal from you by putting a check on 2 other boxes that will chart your card $35 more for nothing, they then put up a disclaimer and say they are not qualified to give you a permit or license to carry in your state and tell you to send another $100 to the state of Virginia With all of these other things to do to grr Er t licenses. So why did I need to pay you $65? I didn’t, you at US Concealed lie and steal from people and the Better Business Bureau has not done anything about yet after reading alll if the complaints about you. But you will not get away with it.. we are taking you to all Social Media now.

Cancelled my application before completing it and they still charged my credit card! It's a rip off! The original $65 cost is just the beginning. Total fraud! They don't tell you the permit will not be valid in the state in which you live! Biggest SCAM ever!

Well the website is called Quick Concealed weapons permit and its a scam and this Pitney Bowes is the one that is collecting the payments and EVERYONES CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND ALL THERE PERSONAL INFORMATION

I received an e-mails from US Concealed Online for a concealed carry permit certification to allow you to carry a gun. It states that you watch a video from a certified gun instructor Randy Picou and take a test and if you pass it then you will get your concealed carry license in the mail. You pay $75.00 with a credit card and then after you pay another video pops up to tell you that the permit is from the State of Virginia, not your state. In addition, you would have to contact the State of Virginia and pay more fees for a license. This is a scam! They sent me a certificate with my name on it and it states “This is not a concealed handgun permit”.

My wife and I went on the web to inquire about getting a concealed weapons permit in South Carolina and state.usconcealed.com popped up and the website was deceiving. The website said if you are a South Carolina resident and you want to apply for a CWP out certificate will work. After my wife and I paid $75.99 each . We watched the training video and took the exam. When we received the email to apply for a concealed carry permit we found out that the course was to apply for a CWP in The state of Virginia. I called usconcealedonline on the number on their website which was a MYRTLE Beach South Carolina phone number. They informed me that the certificate was not valid in South Carolina. This is not what they have posted on their website. I was informed that they would not refund mine or my wife’s money. Then they told me that they would give both of us a $100.00 gift certificate for restaurant.com. I told them I did not pay with a gift certificate and we would like our money back. These folks are committing fraud with false advertisement and taking peoples money. My wife went to her bank and her banker called the people and they said if we would return the package they sent they would refund the money. We have not received the package that was sent out 6 days ago. They are crooks. It seems that was just a ploy to get off of the phone with my wife’s banker. My wife’s bank is now going to get her money back and file a fraud claim against the company. I have contacted my credit card company an they are also filing a dispute and a fraud claim against usconcealedonlineonline. After realizing we were scammed we went to the ScamPulse.com site and found that they have been doing buisiness for two years and have 41 complaints from other SC residence that have been deceived the same way as my wife and I. We have learned a valuable lesson. Someone needs to stop these people from scamming SC residence. They are very unprofessional and down right rude when you call them. I guess they don’t care because they have your money. I have attached the deceiving screenshot of their website.

Co-worker took a test online for concealed carry permit, and pay $65 for license. They gave a 10 minute time limit to get the "low discount price" for the permit. Her bank called and asked if she wanted to make a charge for $75, she denied it and then we looked online and found similar stories through ScamPulse.com scam tracker for same information and prices through similarly named websites.

I am a NRA Certified firearms Instructor, Arizona State Security Guard Firearms Instructor, ans Private Investigator. I teach and certify civilians to carry concealed handguns. I am aware of all laws nation wide and state specific for this type of training. Concealed Online claims, that they can "help" you secure a concealed carry permit "online". This statement is false and misleading. Upon further investigation, this company is based in California and is ONLY offering "assistance" is obtaining a Commonwealth of Virginia CCW permit. Any American citizen can secure this permit with the following requirements. You must be a legal US Citizens, no criminal convictions, provide proof of basic firearms proficiency, supply a 2x2 photo, and $100 fee. Concealed Online is basically running an online scam by stating, "Obtain your certification on line" take our test and you will "qualify" to "apply" for a Virginia Resident or Non Resident permit that would allow you reciprocity in many other states. The fee for this "online class" is $75.00 dollars and they claim this certification of completion with "qualify" you to "apply" for a Virginia CCW permit. My investigation lead me to visit the Virginia State police site www.vsp.state.va.us and contact the Criminal Justice Information Services Division. The Non-Resident concealed handgun permit "checklist" requires the follow: 1) Application be signed by applicant 2) Law enforcement official signature on VSP fingerprint card 3) Include the Telephone number of the law enforcement individual taking the finger prints (I am qualified and print people as part of my business) 4) The agency stamp on the print card is also requested NOW...here is the main proof of this obvious misleading scam 5) DOCUMENTATION OF COMPETENCE WITH A HANDGUN (except upon renewal) Therein lies the issue, How can this company issue an "educational requirement" to "qualify" to carry a concealed firearm WITHOUT documentation of VA State Required " Proof of competence with a handgun" This obviously can NOT be accomplished "Online" as stated. I reached out to this scam company and made a legitimate inquiry with the "law and facts". I was blocked from their FB page. I belong to a community of dedicated, lawful, and experienced firearms experts. We strive to train civilians in the legal and correct carry methods. I believe this company is selling a false and non-state compliant product. It is reckless and is a danger to public safety. I appreciate this obvious scam outfit be fully investigated. Thank You
