Husband got a phone call from a guy name Cesar Jimenez saying he works with agency that looks for subcontractors painters he email my husband a contract that basically give information of the job and how much we were going to get pay $72,300 for 12 houses and that we were going to get pay half $36,150 before we sign the contract. He also said in order to get the job we needed for workers compensation coverage of 2 millions and general liability 5 million coverage, since that wasn’t near our coverage they told us that they have a contract with hiscox insurance and we can get a really good deal for the whole year we just needed to send them 3,250 and we had to deposit the money to his personal al treasure guy name Carlos Baguardi who’s bank account is with Bank of America in California. After we sent that amount they told us in order to get the contract we needed to send 10% of the 36,000 and that was because of terrorism and wash money it was anew law from USA. After we sent money they stopped calling us for 4 days and then they call us again saying if we want the money back they can wire the money but had to come from Nicaragua and they were going to send half under my name and the other half under my husbands name. After the phone call he called again saying we need to send 600 to pay for the money gram fee. We advise him to get fronthe $5,057 we sent them. He refuse and we just didn’t send anymore money to them.
