This website mimics the U.S. Department of State's website in looks & navigation when trying to access the "free" forms for passport renewal & they even use the State Department's free form for you to fill out. They then hold your forms until a payment of $89.00 is made for a passport renewal. They do NOT disclose that they are NOT affiliated in any way with the State Department & that the payment you are making does go towards the actual renewal fee charged by the State Department for passport renewal. I unfortunately made this mistake for 2 passport renewals for a total of $178.00. It was not until I was contacted by the State Department saying the I still owed the full renewal amount to secure my new passports that I even became aware that I had used this site instead of the State Department's website to access my renewal forms.
