US Financial Freedom Center Reports & Reviews (4)

This company came to our employment (at school) to talk to teachers about teacher student loan forgiveness program. Thinking...our school brought them here to talk to us about it...they must be reputable...right? NO! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I bought in and contacted them to start the program and set everything up. Long story short....4 years later after paying them $39 a month (to "handle" everything for me)...I can not seem to get in contact with them. One phone has been temporarily disconnected and the other is continuously busy. I contacted the loan department (who I got the loan from...because my application was coming due to renew and the USFFC didnt renew it for me yet) and they had no clue as to what I was talking about. They had no record of me applying for student loan forgiveness AND on top of that they had me as having 6 dependents. I only ever had 2!!!! They lied on my application. She told me I had been scammed and to file a police report and contact my bank. For the last 4 years I thought I was paying to have my loan forgiven in 10 years (thinking I only have 6 more) and now I have no loan forgiveness program and a headache!!!! I am sick to my stomach. Please dont contact these people!

Received a call from a Robert with an Indian accent today. He was calm, cool, collected and had all the answers.

The instant he asked for my social I ask him his contact info ( incase we got disconnected, not).

He provided a business name, phone number to reach him, email.

He had all my info and was rattling it off to me verifying it was correct. So wish I wouldn't have verified all that for him.

When I told him I don't give out my sovial he wasn't sure what to say besides" I can't verify your information so that I can proceed with the email." I bantered on with it can't believe you're asking for my social over the phone like this. At least asking for the last 4 or something....and his voice changed and he said " ok, what are the last 4?" He sounded excited.

At this point I've Google Drive him and I'm reading reviews about the scam fest I had on the line.

This is giving me the heebs. What slimy souls, ick.

Caller Claiming that this is a government forgiveness program for eliminating 60-70 percent of your school loans.. They have your email... But want to send you one to open with approval code.

When I asked for their name and city and that I will not open anything without checking with the ScamPulse.com they hung up.

I tried to call back and phone number not in service

I have been receiving 3 - 5 calls per day 7 days a week (starting around 11am Eastern and ending around 9pm Eastern) from the "** *** *** ***". They call from 847-658-2586 ("*** *** * *" appears on the caller ID). The people who called claimed that I had signed up for their service (I haven't) and said that they could reduce my student loans so that I would only pay 20% of the balance due (unlikely). When pressed, the first 5 callers were unable to give me an email address, phone number, etc. for a call back / email back to them. The 6th was able to give me a street address where he said he was working. I happened to know the area of Pleasanton, CA well (I lived there for 15 years), so I asked him about a few local landmarks. He didn't know any. I then asked about a few Boston landmarks that I told him were "a few blocks from where you guys are located". He agreed that he definitely knew them.

These people call endlessly day and night. They ignore the national Do-Not-Call registry (I am on it), and they lie about who / where they are and what they can do.
