Advertise "No Reason Required Refund" But Reality is No Response No Refund

I filed a complaint with PayPal because I could not get a resolution from US Forever Store regarding a sale I tried to cancel via the advertised "no reason required refund" policy on their website. I mistakenly placed the order late at night and attempted to cancel it a few hours later. I was told it could not be cancelled "until morning". I was unable to reach anyone to help me for over 24 hours. By that time I was told I could not cancel the order because "it had already been shipped". I have tried to get a return address so I could return the unopened stamps, but received only an offer for $10 (which was ridiculous compared to the amount of the order) because they have "a problem with stamps not being returned correctly to their warehouse". Then send me a mailing label!. I do not want the stamps. I have tried to use the normal methods to return them and no one will respond. I do not want a $10 refund. I want to return the stamps for a full refund (I would give THEM the $10 as a restocking fee). I DO NOT WANT THE STAMPS. I DO NOT WANT THE $10 REFUND!
PLEASE RESPOND WITH AN ADDRESS TO WHICH I CAN RETURN THE STAMPS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR A FULL REFUND!

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company advertised on Facebook for a sale on stamps. Upon clicking on the link, it was impersonating the US Postal Service. On closer inspection, after ordering, I discovered it was a scam - the postal service banner is altered slighting. Please save others from this scam! I am currently disputing with PayPal and VISA.

I don't know that the item is counterfeit - but I suspect it is because otherwise I don't know how they could sell postage stamps for less than cost if they are not the US Postal Service.
