A man claiming to be from US Gas & Electric, wearing a shirt with that printed on it, attempted to access a secure condominium building. He claimed that the building utilities has been transferred to a renewable energy source and insisted that all building residents must be contacted to provide them with a new access code. No utilities had been transferred at this building location and he was asked to leave.

He managed to sneak back into the building and attempted to continue the scam. He was requested to leave. He acted very indignant about the request. A resident in the building called the police. The scammer was located down the street by the police and was forced to leave the neighborhood.
