Someone named Danny left post-it notes on my doors and car stating "I see the house may be in a situation. I can help. Call me to hear your options. Danny 615-488-7471." I called and asked what the problem is with my house. He asked to set up an appointment to discuss my options. I asked who he worked for and he said he is an investor. I asked if he makes it a point to go to people's properties even though there is a no trespassing sign, which he told me he did see, and he said yes. Every time I asked him what company he worked for he stated that he didnt work for a company. I told him he was a liar and that he was soliciting to buy my house and he told me that he wasn't and that he was a volunteer. It is a lie and a scam to scare people into selling their properties at a loss.
