This was a moving scam brokered by US Interstate and Rail. They consigned my move to North American Relocation Specialists, 3918 Erie Drive, Temple, Texas 76504, 254-262-8292 who did not follow any directives in the consignment contract. The arrived in an unmarked truck with sketchy personnel. My furniture was not wrapped in blankets as promised, my household goods were not inventoried, and there was inadequate room on the truck for all my possessions. When my goods arrived additional expensive items were missing. When I attempted to file a claim with their supposed insurance carrier I was told that they did not handle claims for them indicating they lied. I believe the broker was part of this by giving a low-ball bid with no physical assessment of my possessions. I have reported both to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association and am demanding a settlement or arbitration from the broker. My losses between what was left behind and lost along the way total approximately $16,000. Neither the docx or pdf file with details would upload.
