I ordered an Insignia 48" tv from US Mega Discounts on 7/2/22 and I was promised delivery in 2 weeks and it's now almost 3 weeks later and the tv has not been delivered. I sent a message on their website, usmegadiscounts.com, asking for a status update beginning on the day before the tv was supposed to be here and sent several messages after the tv was supposed to be here and not one of my messages has been replied to. I believe this company is a fake and a scam. I have checked out the reviews and complaints, and I guess I should have done that before I made the purchase but I will do that now with other websites I don't recognize, but every review and complaint says the same thing, nobody ever received what they paid for, that is proof enough for me that this company is a fake and this was a scam. I have filed a dispute with the financial company I used to make the purchase and after I file this complaint I will do the same with the FTC and every other agency that governs online purchases. Let this serve as a warning to others to never make a purcahse from this company, thank you...

SCAM ALERT*US MEGA DISCOUNTS*SCAM ALERT

I purchased $600 worth of merchandise from usmegadiscounts.com and a month later I still had NOT received anything.

I was only able to communicate with representatives via their online chat. The only rep I chatted with was someone named “MELVIN”. After about five online chat sessions, I was ignored being totally cut off.

I submitted a dispute with my bank and, thankfully, the BANK credited my account.

Tell everyone you know NOT to purchase anything from this BOGUS company!
