i was notified by a female (sounded aisian) that the gov.- military dept,was offering $9000 to ex military people thru a drawing of names. I won! I asked what kind of scam is this. we must have been cut off at this time. the no. on my cell said it came from 315 242 3131. I had no belief in this, and decided to let you investigate this and take action so no one else gets victimized with this.
