I was looking for a deal on a Chromebook and they said thru the advertisement that it would only be a $5.75 shipping. But when I tried to decline the offer there was no way to. When I checked my account they pulled $9.99 and $1.00 from my account. I don't know how to get it back. Or who to complain to get my money back. It was an early morning mistaken move but there was no way to stop the payment.

I went online to buy a Fisher Price Bouncesational Bounce House for my child. My first card didn’t work so I tried another. When the second one didn’t work I contacted customer service. They told me to try another card or use Bitcoin. My significant other tried his card and it didn’t work. A week later his bank account is overdrawn from an unknown transaction and my card was attempted for an unauthorized transaction but I locked my card. I had to have a new card issued for my other account.

December 2020 I visited the US Offer Store online website to place an order. At check out, I entered my personal information. My credit card was declined. I then input a different credit card. That credit card was declined. I input my bank debit card information. It was declined. I emailed the company and I was told to use another credit card or pay in Bitcoin. I did not try to continue with the order anymore.

Immediately after attempted order at US Offer Store, all 3 of my/those credit cards had fraudulent charges on them. On December 23, 2020, one credit card was used to purchase a luxury fireplace $907.49. On the same date December 23, 2020 my bank debit card was used at the Apple I-store in which 4 fraudulent charges of $215.42 for a total of $861.68. For a total theft of $1,769.17 Also, I received a fraud alert from my 3rd credit card, but they blocked several fraudulent charges that were attempted. I reported this to the credit card companies and to my bank, and all 3 cards were canceled. I also filed a police report.

US Offer Store is a fraudulent website. It mimics Walmart.com to gain consumer’s trust. Then upon check out they gather consumer’s personal information and credit card information, then decline the purchase. All to collect personal information and credit card information for fraudulent reasons. This is Identity Theft and Grand Larceny.

US Offer Store's Customer Reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, in December 2020 alone has 4 people reporting fraud and theft against this company. Why is nothing being done?

Was https and padlock secured so thought it was fine.. Apparently that doesn't matter anymore.. Tried to put in my card.. Wouldn't work.. They ended up draining my account and I'm still fighting with PayPal to get it back.. About 3000, everything me and my family have.. Insanity.. Evil site. Evil people.

This website had an item that I had searched for online. After putting in all my information and hit submit to purchase, a message popped up that my card had declined. The next day, I discovered fraudulent charges on my card. This website is a scam that steals your credit card info.

I tried to order item that is out of stock every where else. They said it was in stock.put in debit information..,said card declined try another card so I put credit card information in and said card declined try another card.I know both cards are good so I tried to call them .I got a recorded message from Verizon wireless. Then I googled the site everything said it was a scam site so I cancelled both cards within 15 minutes of giving information before they had a chance to get my money

US offer store website is acting like they have product to sale and they are associated with Wal Mart. Even though the transaction is not completed because it states card is declined. Some how they still get your card information and make fraud charges. Check your statements.

Searched for a product which was unavailable on a few sites but this website stated it was in stock. Tried to order it using my credit card but my credit card company wouldn’t process it (thankfully!). I tried re-entering the credit card information, thinking I typed something incorrectly and still got the same message of my credit card company will not process. So then I investigated. Found out it is not a legit company.This company is a scam! Now they are sending emails to me to use a different credit card! I have canceled the order twice and they are still harassing me with emails. Buyer Be Aware!!
