I need to get a passport, I've never had one so I search google on "How to get a passport" and this website was suggested. Go to website, looks official like a government website. Completed the application and submitted and had to pay $59.70, which I had been told by a friend the fee was around $60. Downloaded my passport package with instructions on what to do next, which was to call a local post office that processes passport and I did just that only to find out that the post office provides the application free of charge. I tried to call the number that the business has on their website and of course got an recorded message to old for the next agent and after a couple of minutes another recorded message comes on to say no one is available right now to leave your name, email, telephone and message and they will call you back. Yes, right, I'm sure they will. After looking closer they charged me an additional $9.85 for US Passport Insurance.
