Googled passport renewal, it was the first that came up. It said it was the US passport renewal and listed all the forms and description so you knew each one. You filled out information including social security number, address, type of employment, and place of work, your parents full names and birthdates plus your own. Then it charged us the. $60 something fee plus $3 for the mailing label. Once we received the email with the filled out forms I saw that there was the actual $130 application fee and realized something was off. Went back to their website and it said to “contact us with the email from your order number email” but we never got an order number email. No phone numbers anywhere. That’s when I realized it was a scam because the emails it’s sent from was just a form filler and their support form on their site is an auto fill able from zen desk.
