I received a call yesterday from the number: +1 (571) 272-4000 claiming to be USPTO. They asked for my information such as: name, date of birth, SSN, address, my trademark information and have me pronounce my trademark. They also asked for my credit card information to pay for a $25 fee and gave me a reference number: 1-************.

I've confirmed my personal information with them and given them the last 4 digits of my SSN.
