They advised me that I need to confirm my address and zip code within 24 hours in the link given and to reply with a y, exit the text message and open it again to activate the link or copy into my Safari browser and open it. I did nothing but try to check with the U.S.P.S. by phone but could not access a human, only recordings offering options not related to what I was asking.
