even the person who made the complaint clearly states in the next post t that it was a mistake and a miscommunication.In fact she is trying to remove it, How would she be able to do that?

US Processing Solutions from the West Coast was taking monthly payments from me for student loan debt, but this was not going towards student loan debt. They were charging me a service fee, but this was not affiliated with OSLA or My Great Lakes.
