I scheduled a move from Idaho to California 1 month in advance. Made a deposit, confirmed the move two weeks in advance. The day before the move I called because I had not heard from them about the time they would be at my home. I talked to the gentleman who took my deposit and he said oh the truck is having mechanical issues, I said this isn’t my first move please be honest with me. He tells me customer service will call me. I get a call back from customer service saying there will be no move. They didn’t have a truck in the area and wouldn’t have one for weeks. My father had passed away and I was moving home to take care of my mom. I said to customer service “I paid a deposit secured the date confirmed 2weeks ago,” I was crying of course and the lady said there isn’t a truck, and we are not showing up. You will get a refund in 2 days. Do Not use this company!
