This company I believe is maybe not valid. I received a call from a man who claimed to be hiring for Kimberly Clark. He said they needed anyone with a medical background for temperature takers to screen for COVID 19. I agreed to apply for it and was pushed and called by many different men named Karan, Pooja, another few women named Meg, Nitiska, Sierra, and more. They were on top of me doing all these documents in which I believed I was being hired. They hired me and I have them a background release, did direct deposit and gave them my account info, filled out tax documents and disclosed any background history and they asked for a homeland security background check and drug screen. They hired me on and after all my info and paperwork was filled out before my drug testing results and my background was done they stopped contact. I disclosed everything and had no a gut feeling something was odd. They didn’t seem to communicate well and wanted to get all my information quickly. I do have a few past things on my background which I disclosed up front and was still hired on for the role. I filled out everything giving my background and all my information and signed a contract with them. After they got what they wanted from me (which is all my info going back 7 years and had my account info and all of that which I spent a solid week in front of a computer screen because I hadn’t had all of that right in front of me and had lost some documents and past info when I moved a year ago. So I was pushed and called every hour to two hours to get this done and it took me a week straight and someone then was contacting me named Manvi who sent an email saying pre adverse action and said based on my information which still was not even back from the background place, that they considering my employment and that I had 3 business days to aid in giving any information that might help them in the decision making process. That was sent at 5:46 pm on a Thursday I believe and then the same night at 12:48am I received another email saying adverse action letter and that they could not hire me. When asking why and contacting the recruiter and men that had been requesting these documents and contacting the lady named Manvi, I received no response. 24 hours later I spoke to the recruiter Manvi and they said they had no idea what was going on and they would find out and let me know. This Manvi person never responded. I called the background company and they said that my background check was still in process and they had no information for why this decision was made before the background check was even complete and I then received a text message stating the following verbatim: Yes, I've been checked with Manvi and found out that it was not your education or employment but the BGC that failed, this mig involve some misdemeanors from the past which doesn't comply with the clients standards of the BGC as Kimberly Clark is a fortune 50 client. your employment check was cleared and drug test results we pending but due to this we cannot proceed further. I was told that the background I had which was over 7 years ago was in fact fine and I was hired and have kept all communications and the fact I spoke to the background company they used and they said it was still in process and not complete doesn’t make sense. I’m not proud that I have a past, and this is not easy to share because I am unsure of this entire situation. I believe their is something wrong here and I also received emails from other companies all of whom where middle eastern employees including the background check place called Sterling. I am not a racist and did not have any feeling toward this but it seemed strange and very weird that after they got all the info they wanted I had the same emails coming in from other companies like this “US Tech Solutions” whom were after the same exact thing for the same position at Kimberly Clark. The other companies were all different names but had the same type of email, process for gathering you’re information and they all were reaching out to me around the same past year when I have also had my email and Facebook hacked. I am unsure of what to do with this so anyone else that may have done this or experienced the same thing or if I am incorrect and this company is valid and I’m just not up to standard and this was done correctly, please let me know. I received my drug test results last week and they cleared me. I am not sure what has happened here but there is many emails offering the same things for the same positions and want me to do the same things. I feel this is a scam.

Charged our checking/bank account $3000.00 by my husband being scammed! r/t a repair for our computer noted by phone call from "micro soft" until i got home and found out what was happening, and took over the call but to late to stop the transaction. Just received another call requesting access to our computer; to facilitate a refund (but said only $300.00 dollars was charged) to our account when I refused and resquested a name and supervisor the caller hung up. I called back and spoke with a man named Micheal who refused to state his last name and when i requested a supervisor/he said in a very loud voice "I am a supervisor" made the same request and the individual hung up!
