Today, I received an email from the above email stating that I was being charged $199.99 for a renewal of an online subscription for internet services. They stated that I had made an online purchase of their services two years ago and that it was time for renewal. they stated it was a firewall service from Norton. I told them that I currently have McAfee services. They claim that they represent both and bought them out.

When I asked them to cancel any payment, as it was due the next day they take me to www.SupremoFree.com to process the refund. they assure you that it is safe and they have no access to the information. I follow the download process and then the agent asks me to sign on to my banks online account. I told them I do not do online banking. I could sense some nervousness in his voice. I asked why does he need my bank information when they will charge my credit card. With a credit card you can reverse the transactions.

My wife called our bank and they said do not allow them to get access. I told them my bank advised to stop any business with them. Of course the agent gets testy and inquisitive as to why I would give up my refund? I told them I may contact my district attorney office and hung up on them.

I called the number because I’ve never heard of them and he said it’s a code for my computer and I have to pay $300 for cancellation or my card would be charged!
