Individual (Vicki Thompson, Legal Affairs at the U.S. Treasury Dept. Badge # 4165) states that this is an enforcement action issue due to tax fraud, I must call their telephone number before I'm arrested and have to appear before a Federal Magistrate or Grand Jury. 530-217-1121.

I received a phone message on February 5, 2016 at 6:16 p.m. the message said: "Hi, This message is intended to contact you. My name is Dennis Gray (Quaid??) I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the U.S. Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 240-581-5881. I repeat, my number is 240-581-5881. Work with us. Help us to help you. " The caller was male with an Indian accent and not speaking English well. I did not call back as I knew this was a scam.
