This phone number calls and leaves a robotic message with the first part cut off and says you need to return the call immediately as this is urgent. When you call back you get a rep who speaks broken English and tells you they are from the US treasury department and your number qualifies for uncollected monies. If you ask to be taken off the list they start getting rude and will cuss you out.
